1. And while he was offering the sacrifices, Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, a counselor of David, from his city Giloh.

2. Absalom and all the men of Israel said, "The advice of Hushai the Arkite is better than that of Ahithophel.

3. Then Hushai said to Zadok and Abiathar the priests, Thus and thus did Ahithophel counsel Absalom and the elders of Israel, and thus and thus did I counsel.

15户筛对祭司撒督和亚比亚他说，亚希多弗为押沙龙和以色列的长老所定的计谋是如此如此，我所定的计谋是如此如此。

4. And Absalom, and all the people the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.

5. Meanwhile Absalom and all the people, the men of Israel, came to Jerusalem; and Ahithophel was with him.

6. Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, Give your counsel as to what we should do.

20押沙龙对亚希多弗说，你们定个计谋，我们怎样行才好。

7. And the counsel of Ahithophel， which he counselled in those days， was as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God： so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.

23那时亚希多弗所出的主意好像人问神的话一样。他昔日给大卫，今日给押沙龙所出的主意，都是这样。

8. And one told David, saying, Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom. And David said, O LORD, I pray thee, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness.

31有人告诉大卫说，亚希多弗也在叛党之中，随从押沙龙。戴卫祷告说，耶和华阿，求你使亚希多弗的计谋变为愚拙。

9. And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, then Abiathar; and the captain of the king's army was Joab.

34亚希多弗之后，有比拿雅的儿子耶何耶大和亚比亚他接续他作谋士；约押作王的元帅。

10. And Hushai said to Absalom, The counsel that Ahithophel has given this time is not good.

7户筛对押沙龙说，亚希多弗这次所定的计谋不好。

11. And Hushai said unto Absalom, The counsel that Ahithophel hath given is not good at this time.

12. And after Ahithophel was Jehoiada the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar: and the general of the king's army was Joab.

亚希多弗之后,有比拿雅的儿子耶何耶大和亚比亚他接续他作谋士。约押作王的元帅。

13. After Ahithophel was Jehoiada, the son of Benaiah, and Abiathar; and the captain of the king's army was Joab.

亚希多弗之后、有比拿雅的儿子耶何耶大、和亚比亚他、接续他作谋士．约押作王的元帅。

14. Ahithophel was succeeded by Jehoiada son of Benaiah and by Abiathar. Joab was the commander of the royal army.

亚希多弗之后，有比拿雅的儿子耶何耶大和亚比亚他接续他作谋士。约押作王的元帅。

15. Ahithophel was the king's counselor. Hushai the Arkite was the king's friend.

亚希多弗也是王的谋士；亚基人户筛是王的朋友；

16. Ahithophel said to Absalom, "I would choose twelve thousand men and set out tonight in pursuit of David.

亚希多弗又对押沙龙说，求你准我挑选一万二千人，今夜我就起身追赶大卫，

17. Ahithophel said to Absalom, 'I would choose twelve thousand men and set out tonight in pursuit of David.

亚希多弗又对押沙龙说：“求你准我挑选一万二千人，今晚我要动身去追赶大卫，

18. Ahithophel said to Absalom, "Go in to your father's concubines, whom he has left to keep the house; then all Israel will hear that you have made yourself odious to your father.

亚希多弗对押沙龙说、你父所留下看守宫殿的妃嫔、你可以与他们亲近．以色列众人听见你父亲憎恶你．凡归顺你人的手、就更坚强。

19. Ahithophel answered, "Lie with your father's concubines whom he left to take care of the palace.

亚希多弗对押沙龙说，你父所留下看守宫殿的妃嫔，你可以与她们亲近。

20. And they said to David, Rise up and cross quickly over the water, for thus has Ahithophel given counsel against you.

他们对大卫说，亚希多弗如此如此定谋害你们，你们务要起来，快快过溪。

21. For the LORD had appointed to defeat the good counsel of Ahithophel, to the intent that the LORD might bring evil upon Absalom.

大卫祷告说、耶和华阿、求你使亚希多弗的计谋、变为愚拙。

22. David came to understand that Ahithophel was a hypocrite who spoke words full of deception and guile.

大卫逐渐明白，亚希多弗是一个伪君子，嘴里讲的话都是骗人的。

23. And when Hushai was come to Absalom, Absalom spake unto him, saying, Ahithophel hath spoken after this manner: shall we do after his saying? If not; speak thou.

户筛到了押沙龙面前,押沙龙向他说,亚希多弗是如此如此说的,我们照着他的话行可以不可以。若不可,你就说吧。

24. When Hushai came to him, Absalom said, "Ahithophel has given this advice. Should we do what he says? If not, give us your opinion.

户筛到了押沙龙面前,押沙龙向他说:“亚希多弗是如此如此说的,我们照著他的话行可以不可以?若不可,你就说吧!

25. And when Hushai came, Absalom said to him, This is what Ahithophel has said: are we to do as he says? if not, what is your suggestion?

户筛到了押沙龙面前、押沙龙向他说、亚希多弗是如此如此说的．我们照著他的话行、可以不可以、若不可、你就说罢。

26. And Hushai said to Absalom, Ahithophel's idea is not a good one at this time.

户筛对押沙龙说、亚希多弗这次所定的谋不善。

27. Hushai told Zadok and Abiathar, the priests, "Ahithophel has advised Absalom and the elders of Israel to do such and such, but I have advised them to do so and so.

户筛对祭司撒督和亚比亚他说，亚希多弗为押沙龙和以色列的长老所定的计谋是如此如此，我所定的计谋是如此如此。

28. Then Hushai said to Zadok and Abiathar, the priests, This is the suggestion made by Ahithophel to Absalom and the responsible men of Israel, and this is what I said to them.

户筛对祭司撒督和亚比亚他说：亚希多弗为押沙龙和以色列的长老所定的计谋是如此如此，我所定的计谋是如此如此。

29. And Absalom and the men of Israel came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel was with him.

押沙龙和以色列众人、来到耶路撒冷、亚希多弗也与他同来。

30. Meanwhile, Absalom and all the men of Israel came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel was with him.

押沙龙和以色列众人来到耶路撒冷;亚希多弗也与他同来。

31. Then Absalom and all the men of Israel said, Hushai's suggestion is better than that of Ahithophel.

押沙龙和以色列众人说：亚基人户筛的计谋比亚希多弗的计谋更好！

32. Then said Absalom to Ahithophel, Give counsel among you what we shall do.

押沙龙对亚希多弗说,你们出个主意,我们怎样行才好。

33. [bbe] Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, Give your opinion now, what are we to do?

押沙龙对亚希多弗说、你们出个主意、我们怎样行才好。

34. Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, Give your opinion now, what are we to do?

押沙龙对亚希多弗说，你们出个主意，我们怎样行才好。

35. And Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, one of Davids helpers, from Giloh his town, while he was making the offerings.

36. And Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David's counsellor, from his city, even from Giloh, while he offered sacrifices.

38. Then Absalom and all the people, the men of Israel, entered Jerusalem, and Ahithophel with him.

39. Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, "Give your advice. What shall we do?"

撒下16:20押沙龙对亚希多弗说、你们出个主意、我们怎样行才好。

40. So Hushai said to Absalom, "This time the advice that Ahithophel has given is not good."

撒下17:7户筛对押沙龙说、亚希多弗这次所定的谋不善。

41. Now David had been told, "Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom." So David prayed, "O LORD, turn Ahithophel's counsel into foolishness."

有人告诉大卫说、亚希多弗也在叛党之中、随从押沙龙。大卫祷告说、耶和华阿、求你使亚希多弗的计谋、变为愚拙。

42. And word came to David, saying, Ahithophel is among those who are joined to Absalom. And David said, O Lord, let the wisdom of Ahithophel be made foolish.

有人告诉大卫说，亚希多弗也在叛党之中，随从押沙龙。大卫祷告说，耶和华阿，求你使亚希多弗的计谋变为愚拙。

43. " For the LORD had determined to frustrate the good advice of Ahithophel in order to bring disaster on Absalom.

这是因耶和华定意破坏亚希多弗的良谋，为要降祸与押沙龙。

44. And the counsel of Ahithophel, which he counselled in those days, was as if a man had enquired at the oracle of God: so was all the counsel of Ahithophel both with David and with Absalom.

那时、亚希多弗所出的主意、好像人问神的话一样．他昔日给大卫今日给押沙龙所出的主意、都是这样。

45. Now in those days the advice Ahithophel gave was like that of one who inquires of God. That was how both David and Absalom regarded all of Ahithophel's advice.

那时亚希多弗所出的主意好像人问上帝的话一样;他昔日给大卫,今日给押沙龙所出的主意,都是这样。

46. 23 Now the counsel given by Ahithophel at that time was as though one had sought divine revelation. Such was all his counsel both to David and to Absalom.

那时，阿希托费耳所出的主意，好象是询问天主得来的神谕。凡阿希托费耳所出的主意，无论对达味，或对阿贝沙隆，都是如此。

47. 20 Then Absalom said to Ahithophel, ＂Offer your counsel on what we should do.

阿贝沙隆对阿希托费耳说：＂你们商讨一下，我们该作什么？
