3. Results: Taste buds were found in the epithelium of apex linguae and circumvallate papillae;the taste bud consisted of light cells and dark cells.

结果:云豹味蕾分布于舌尖及轮廓乳突的上皮层中,主要由明细胞和暗细胞组成。

4. Methods: Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the distribution and morphology of taste pores in circumvallate papillae taste buds obtained from human.

结果:味孔多分布于轮廓乳头环沟侧壁下部近沟底处,呈卵圆形或圆形,味孔下方为味小管,呈漏斗状或管状,管底部中央有圆形小孔。

5. The results demonstrated that taste bud of fungiform papillae and circumvallate papillae showed Mg2+-ATPase strong positive reaction (+++) and ChE+Ag+ middle Positive reaction.

结果表明：大鼠舌菌状乳头和轮廓乳头的味蕾处Mg2+-ATPase为强阳性反应(+++)，ChEase为中等阳性反应(++)。
