1. Then Amaziah the priest of Bethel sent a message to Jeroboam king of Israel: "Amos is raising a conspiracy against you in the very heart of Israel.

7. 1 And, behold, there came a man of God out of Judah by the word of the LORD unto Bethel: and Jeroboam stood by the altar to burn incense.

8. And Jeroboam never regained power during the days of Abijah; but Jehovah struck him, and he died.

9. For he rent Israel from the house of David；they made Jeroboam the son of Nebat king：Jeroboam drave Israel from following the LORD，made them sin a great sin.

10. Jeroboam thought to himself, "The kingdom will now likely revert to the house of David.

14. He was king in Jerusalem for three years; his mothers name was Maacah, the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah. And there was war between Abijah and Jeroboam.

15. There was continual warfare between Rehoboam and Jeroboam.

16. Nevertheless he cleaved unto the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which made Israel to sin;he departed not therefrom.

17. 40 Solomon sought therefore to kill Jeroboam. And Jeroboam arose, and fled into Egypt, unto Shishak king of Egypt, and was in Egypt until the death of Solomon.

18. And Abijah stood up upon mount Zemaraim， which is in mount Ephraim， and said， Hear me， thou Jeroboam， and all Israel；

19. 7 Go, tell Jeroboam, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Forasmuch as I exalted thee from among the people, and made thee prince over my people Israel,

20. In the thirty and eighth year of Azariah king of Judah did Zachariah the son of Jeroboam reign over Israel in Samaria six months.

8犹大王亚撒利雅三十八年，耶罗波安的儿子撒迦利雅在撒马利亚作以色列王六个月。

21. "The high places of Isaac will be destroyed and the sanctuaries of Israel will be ruined; with my sword I will rise against the house of Jeroboam."

22. KJV] And Jehoash slept with his fathers, and was buried in Samaria with the kings of Israel; and Jeroboam his son reigned in his stead.

25. Now in the eighteenth year of the reign of Jeroboam the son of Nabat, Abiam reigned over Juda.

26. He went the way of Jeroboam, son of Nebat, and dragged Israel into sin, thereby provoking the anger of Yahweh, the God of Israel, by their idols.

27. "and the men of Judah gave a loud cry; and at their cry, God put fear into Jeroboam and all Israel before abijah and Judah."

30. And Jeroboam did not get back his power again in the life-time of Abijah; and the Lord sent death on him.

31. Abijah stood on Mount Zemaraim, in the hill country of Ephraim, and said, "Jeroboam and all Israel, listen to me!

44. In the twenty-seventh year of Jeroboam king of Israel, Azariah son of Amaziah king of Judah began to reign.

45. In the twenty and seventh year of Jeroboam king of Israel began Azariah son of Amaziah king of Judah to reign.

46. "In the twentieth year that Jeroboam was king of Israel, asa became king over Judah."

47. Azariah, son of Amaziah, king of Judah, began to reign in the twenty-seventh year of the reign of Jeroboam in Israel.

48. And the high places of Isaac will be unpeopled, and the holy places of Israel will be made waste;and I will come up against the family of Jeroboam with the sword.

49. "Then amaziah, the priest of Beth-el, sent to Jeroboam, king of Israel, saying, amos has made designs against you among the people of Israel: the land is troubled by his words."

伯特利的祭司亚玛谢打发人，到以色列王耶罗波安那里，说，阿摩司在以色列家中图谋背叛你。他所说的一切话，这国担当不起。

50. But yet they departed not from the sins of Jeroboam, who made Israel to sin, but walked in them: and there still remained a grove also in Samaria.

51. While he spoke these things, Jeroboam caused an ambushment to come about behind him. And while he stood facing the enemies, he encompassed Juda. who perceived it not, with his army.

54. The Levites even abandoned their pasturelands and property, and came to Judah and Jerusalem because Jeroboam and his sons had rejected them as priests of the LORD.

利未人撇下他们的郊野和产业,来到犹大与耶路撒冷,是因耶罗波安和他的儿子拒绝他们,不许他们供祭司职分事奉耶和华。

55. In the Northern Kingdom, some from the house of Levi, who had been priests of God, had become cultic priests when Jeroboam instituted calf worship.

56. But Jehu took no heed to walk in the law of the LORD God of Israel with all his heart: for he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam, which made Israel to sin.

57. Howbeit from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin, Jehu departed not from after them, to wit, the golden calves that were in Bethel, and that were in Dan.

58. For thus Amos saith, Jeroboam shall die by the sword, and Israel shall surely be led away captive out of their own land.

61. For he walked in all the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat and in his sins which he made Israel sin, provoking the LORD God of Israel with their idols.

62. And he will give Israel up because of the sins which Jeroboam has done and made Israel do.

67. And in the twentieth year of Jeroboam king of Israel reigned Asa over Judah.

68. When Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who was in Egypt, whither he had fled from the presence of Solomon the king, heard it, that Jeroboam returned out of Egypt.

72. When the first king of Israel, the first Jeroboam, revolted from the tribe of Judah, he saw no need to have a faithful priesthood to instruct the people from God's law.

当北方的王国以色列的第一个王，耶罗波安起来反对犹大的时候，他就认为让虔诚的祭司来教导以色列人神的律法是没有必要的。

77. "Now the rest of the acts of Solomon, first and last, are they not recorded in the history of Nathan the prophet, and in the words of ahijah the prophet of Shiloh, and in the visions of Iddo the seer about Jeroboam, the son of Nebat?"

所罗门其余的事，自始至终，不都写在先知拿单的书上和示罗人亚希雅的预言书上，并先见易多论尼八儿子耶罗波安的默示书上吗?

78. Solomon sought therefore to kill Jeroboam. And Jeroboam arose, and fled into Egypt, unto Shishak king of Egypt, and was in Egypt until the death of Solomon.

79. Solomon sought therefore to put Jeroboam to death; but Jeroboam arose and fled to Egypt to Shishak king of Egypt, and he was in Egypt until the death of Solomon.

80. And Jeroboam the son of Nebat, an Ephrathite of Zereda, Solomon's servant, whose mother's name was Zeruah, a widow woman, even he lifted up his hand against the king.

所罗门的臣仆,尼八的儿子耶罗波安也举手攻击王。他是以法莲支派的洗利达人,他母亲是寡妇,名叫洗鲁阿。
