1. 27And the Lord was with Josue, and his name was noised throughout all the land.

上主与若苏厄同在，他的名声传遍了那一带地方。

2. 3The Lord thy God then will pass over before thee: he will destroy all these nations in thy sight, and thou shalt possess them: and this Josue shall go over before thee, as the Lord hath spoken.

上主你的天主亲自要领你过去，亲自要由你面前将这些民族消灭，使你占领他们的土地；按上主所许过的，若苏厄将领你们过去。

3. And Josue the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being a hundred and ten years old,

4. 2 Then rose up Zorobabel the son of Salathiel, and Josue the son of Josedec, and began to build the temple of God in Jerusalem, and with them were the prophets of God helping them.

于是沙耳提耳的儿子则鲁巴贝耳，和约匝达克的儿子耶叔亚起来，下手修建耶路撒冷的天主殿宇；身边有天主的二位先知，鼓励人民。

5. Who came with Zorobabel, Josue, Nehemias, Azarias, Raamias, Nahamani, Mardochai, Belsam, Mespharath, Begoia, Nahum, Baana. The number of the men of the people of Israel:

6. 26 These were in the days of Joacim the son of Josue, the son of Josedec, and in the days of Nehemias the governor, and of Esdras the priest and scribe.

10. 36 The priests: the children of Jadaia of the house of Josue, nine hundred seventy-three.

司祭：有耶达雅的子孙，即耶叔亚家族，九百七十三名；

11. 21I commanded Josue also at that time, saying: Thy eyes have seen what the Lord your God hath done to these two kings: so will he do to all the kingdoms to which thou shalt pass.

同时我也吩咐若苏厄说：你亲眼看见了，上主你们的天主对这两个国王所做的一切；上主必同样对待你要过河去攻击的一切王国。

12. For the Lord had foretold that they should die in the wilderness. And none remained of them, but Caleb the son of Jephone, and Josue the son of Nun.

因为上主论及他们曾说过，他们必死在旷野。实在，除了耶孚乃的儿子加肋布和农的儿子若苏厄外，他们中没有剩下一人。

13. The Lord therefore left all these nations, and would not quickly destroy them, neither did he deliver them into the hands of Josue.

14. In that day the Lord magnified Josue in the sight of all Israel, that they should fear him, as they had feared Moses, while he lived.

15. 18 And there were found among the sons of the priests that had taken strange wives: Of the sons of Josue the son of Josedec, and his brethren, Maasia, and Eliezer, and Jarib, and Godolia.

16. And none remained of them, but Caleb the son of Jephone, and Josue the son of Nun.

17. 11 The children of Phahath Moab of the children of Josue and Joab, two thousand eight hundred eighteen.

帕哈特摩阿布的子孙，即耶叔亚和约阿布的子孙，二千八百一十八名；

18. And the children of Israel divided among them the cattle and the prey of the city, as the Lord had commanded Josue.

惟有城中的牲畜和财物，以色列人依照上主吩咐若苏厄的话，据为己有。

19. So Moses came and spoke all the words of this canticle in the ears of the people, and Josue the son of Nun.

20. 15 And Josue returned with all Israel into the camp of Galgal.

此后，若苏厄和所有跟随他的以色列人，回了基耳加耳营。

21. The Levites: the children of Josue and of Cedmihel, the children of Odovia, seventy-four.

22. 22 Josue therefore sent ministers: who running to his tent, found all hidden in the same place, together with the silver.

23. Josue made war a long time against these kings.

若苏厄同这些王子交战，时日颇为长久，

24. 10 Josue did as Moses had spoken, and he fought against Amalec;

25. 9 So Josue going up from Galgal all the night, came upon them suddenly.

若苏厄由基耳加耳出发，整夜行军，出其不意，突然向他们进攻。

26. 7 And Josue went up from Galgal, and all the army of the warriors with him, most valiant men.
