结果28例中误诊为上呼吸道感冒13例,败血症9例,肺炎6例。误诊原因主要是临床表现不典型、一些必要的实验室检查不及时进行以及滥用抗生素等。

6. Result: There were 17 cases (50.00%) misdiagnosed as upper respiratory tract cold, 5 cases (14.71%) misdiagnosed as septemia and pneumonia respectively.

结果：误诊为上呼吸道感染的17例(50.00%)；其次是败血症、肺炎各5例（各占14.71%）；
