1. Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob;

11凡从埃及上来，二十岁以外的人断不得看见我对亚伯拉罕，以撒，雅各起誓应许之地，因为他们没有专心跟从我。

2. And He sware by His great name: 'Henceforth I will not do so to all who dwell on the earth,

2他指着他伟大的名起誓：“从此以后，我必不在地上，再次行这样的毁灭。

3. And Jacob said， Swear to me this day； and he sware unto him： and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

33雅各说，你今日对我起誓吧。以扫就对他起了誓，把长子的名分卖给雅各。

4. Be strong and of a good courage： for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land， which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

6你当刚强壮胆。因为你必使这百姓承受那地为业，就是我向他们列祖起誓应许赐给他们的地。

5. And the servant put his hand under the thigh of Abraham his ***, and sware to him concerning that matter.

9仆人就把手放在他主人亚伯拉罕的大腿底下,为这事向他起誓。

6. All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers.

“我今日吩咐你的一切诫命，你们要谨守遵行，使你们可以存活，人数增加，并且可以进去得着耶和华向你们的列祖起誓应许的那地。

7. And David sware unto Saul. And Saul went home; but David and his men gat them up unto the hold.

于是大卫向扫罗起誓,扫罗就回家去。大卫和跟随他的人上山寨去了。

8. Therefore the king said unto Shimei, Thou shalt not die. And the king sware unto him.

于是王对示每说、你必不死。王就向他起誓。

9. And Joshua made peace with them, and made a league with them, to let them live: and the princes of the congregation sware unto them.

于是约书亚与他们讲和,与他们立约,容他们活着。会众的首领也向他们起誓。

10. And the servant put his hand under the thigh of Abraham his master, and sware to him concerning that matter.

仆人就把手放在他主人亚伯拉罕的大腿下、根据这训话向他起誓。

11. 31 And they rose up betimes in the morning, and sware one to another: and Isaac sent them away, and they departed from him in peace.

他们清早起来彼此起誓。以撒打发他们走，他们就平平安安地离开他走了。

12. He have sware that he would not thieve things anymore,but he have a relapse that take to crime again not long ago.

他发过誓不再偷了，可不久又旧病复发，走上了犯罪道路。

13. Then arose Ezra, and made the chief priests, the Levites, and all Israel, to swear that they should do according to this word. And they sware.

以斯拉便起来、使祭司长、和利未人、并以色列众人起誓、说、必照这话去行．他们就起了誓。

14. Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, concerning which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

但你们的妇人孩子、就是你们所说、要被掳掠的、我必把他们领进去、他们就得知你们所厌弃的那地。

15. The God of Abraham, and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge betwixt us. And Jacob sware by the fear of his father Isaac.

但愿亚伯拉罕的神和拿鹤的神,就是他们父亲的神,在你我中间判断。雅各就指着他父亲以撒所敬畏的神起誓

16. 53 The God of Abraham, and the God of Nahor, the God of their father, judge betwixt us. And Jacob sware by the fear of his father Isaac.

但愿亚伯拉罕的神和拿鹤的神，就是他们父亲的神，在你我中间判断。雅各就指着他父亲以撒所敬畏的神起誓，

17. Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

你当刚强壮胆。因为你必使这百姓承受那地为业，就是我向他们列祖起誓应许赐给他们的地。

18. But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

你要记念耶和华你的神，因为得货财的力量是他给你的，为要坚定他向你列祖起誓所立的约，像今日一样。

19. That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth.

使你们和你们子孙的日子在耶和华向你们列祖起誓，应许给他们的地上得以增多，如天覆地的日子那样多。

20. So grateful, I nod to myself, go on, go on, let's going on , I sware, my heart will go on, along with the endless love...

充满感激的,我对自己点头,继续吧,继续,让我们继续前进,我发誓,我的心会继续,在这无尽的爱里...

21. Gen 21:31 Wherefore he called that place Beersheba; because there they sware both of them.

创21:31所以他给那地方起名叫别是巴（就是盟誓的井），因为他们二人在那里起了誓。

22. Gen 24:9 And the servant put his hand under the thigh of Abraham his master, and sware to him concerning that matter.

创24:9仆人就把手放在他主人亚伯拉罕的大腿底下，为这事向他起誓。

和合本：约书亚吩咐窥探地的两个人说、你们进那妓女的家、照着你们向他所起的誓、将那女人、和他所有的、都从那里带出来。

31. And Gedaliah sware to them, and to their men, and said unto them, Fear not to be the servants of the Chaldees: dwell in the land, and serve the king of Babylon;and it shall be well with you.

基大利向他们和属他们的人起誓说，你们不必惧怕迦勒底臣仆，只管住在这地服事巴比伦王，就可以得福。

32. Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.

如今我将这地摆在你们面前、你们要进去得这地、就是耶和华向你们列祖亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各、起誓应许赐给他们和他们后裔为业之地。

33. The oath which he sware to our father Abraham,

就是他对我们祖宗亚伯拉罕所起的誓

34. But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country， Go into the harlot's house， and bring out thence the woman， and all that she hath， as ye sware unto her.

当探子的两个少年人就进去，将喇合与她的父母，弟兄，和她所有的，并她一切的亲眷，都带出来，安置在以色列的营外。

35. And Moses sware on that day, saying, Surely the land whereon thy feet have trodden shall be thine inheritance, and thy children's for ever, because thou hast wholly followed the LORD my God.

当日摩西起誓说、你脚所踏之地、定要归你和你的子孙、永远为业．因为你专心跟从耶和华我的神。

36. Then the men of David sware unto him, saying, Thou shalt go no more out with us to battle, that thou quench not the light of Israel.

当日跟随大卫的人向大卫起誓、说、以后你不可再与我们一同出战．恐怕熄灭以色列的灯。

37. This we will do to them; we will even let them live, lest wrath be upon us, because of the oath which we sware unto them.

我们要如此待他们、容他们活著．免得有忿怒因我们所起的誓临到我们身上。

38. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.

我就在怒中起誓说,他们断不可进入我的安息。

39. I sware I will remember you forever.

我永远会记得你!

40. My boy friend used to sware loving me forever.

我男朋友曾发誓说永远爱我。

41. For unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these lands, and I will establish the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father.

我要把这地赐给你和你的后代，坚守我跟你父亲亚伯拉罕所立的誓约。

42. Wherefore he called that place Beersheba; because there they sware both of them.

所以他给那地方起名叫别是巴，因为他们二人在那里起了誓。（别是巴就是盟誓的井）

43. Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

所以我在怒中起誓,说,他们断不可进入我的安息。

44. Then king Solomon sware by the LORD, saying, God do so to me, and more also, if Adonijah have not spoken this word against his own life.

所罗门王就指着耶和华起誓说,亚多尼雅这话是自己送命,不然,愿神重重地降罚与我。

45. He sware unto him: and he sold his birthright

扫就对他起了誓、把长子的名分卖给

46. And Saul sware to her by the LORD, saying, As the LORD liveth, there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing.

扫罗向妇人指着耶和华起誓说,我指着永生的耶和华起誓,你必不因这事受刑。

47. And Saul hearkened unto the voice of Jonathan: and Saul sware, As the LORD liveth, he shall not be slain.

扫罗听了约拿单的话,就指着永生的耶和华起誓说,我必不杀他。

48. And when all the people came to cause David to eat meat while it was yet day, David sware, saying, So do God to me, and more also, if I taste bread, or ought else, till the sun be down.

日头未落的时候、众民来劝大卫吃饭、但大卫起誓、说、我若在日头未落以前吃饭、或吃别物、愿神重重的降罚与我。

49. Even as I sware unto thee by the Lord God of Israel, saying, Assuredly Solomon thy son shall reign after me, and he shall sit upon my throne in my stead; even so will I certainly do this day.

王上1:30我既然指著耶和华以色列的神向你起誓、、儿子所罗门必接续我作王、在我的位上、今日就必照这话而行。

50. Surely there shall not one of these men of this evil generation see that good land, which I sware to give unto your fathers,

申1:36惟有耶孚尼的儿子迦勒、必得看见、并且我要将他所踏过的地赐给他、和他的子孙、因为他专心跟从我。

51. Dt 1:8 Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give unto them and to their seed after them.

申1:8如今我将这地摆在你们面前，你们要进去得这地，就是耶和华向你们列祖亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各起誓应许赐给他们和他们后裔为业之地。'

52. And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers.

申6:23将我们从那里领出来、要领我们进入他向我们列祖起誓应许之地、把这地赐给我们。

53. But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the harlot's house, and bring out thence the woman, and all that she hath, as ye sware unto her.

约书亚吩咐窥探地的两个人说，你们进那妓女的家，照着你们向她所起的誓，将那女人和她所有的都从那里带出来。

54. For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.

耶和华你神原是有怜悯的神。他总不撇下你，不灭绝你，也不忘记他起誓与你列祖所立的约。

55. And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou shalt bring the children of Israel into the land which I sware unto them: and I will be with thee.

耶和华嘱咐嫩的儿子约书亚说、你当刚强壮胆、因为你必领以色列人进我所起誓应许他们的地、我必与你同在。

56. Because the LORD was not able to bring this people into the land which he sware unto them, therefore he hath slain them in the wilderness.

耶和华因为不能把这百姓领进他向他们起誓应许之地,所以在旷野把他们杀了。

57. And the LORD gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers; and they possessed it, and dwelt therein.

这样，耶和华将从前向他们列祖起誓所应许的全地赐给以色列人，他们就得了为业，住在其中。

58. And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob.

雅各说,你今日对我起誓吧。以扫就对他起了誓,把长子的名分卖给雅各。

59. And he said, Swear unto me. And he sware unto him. And Israel bowed himself upon the bed's head.

雅各说，你要向我起誓。约瑟就向他起了誓，于是以色列在床头上（或作扶着杖头）敬拜神。
